I can't decide if I've missed winter altogether, if it came early in October and we've turned the corner to spring, or if I'm in deeeeeep denial about how rotten it's going to be around here come December and January. On Saturday, it was 76 degrees. 76!!! Yesterday, I went for a run with a friend on a local trail and it was gorgeous - the leaves were beautiful, the sun was shining, and it was absolutely perfect.
Today... not so much. Today, the temperature dropped, the wind came up, and it's been raining for a couple of hours. Blech.
On the bright side, it's been a while since I've been able to take advantage of my bunny slippers and jammies and this weather is the perfect excuse. So tonight, my agenda includes a hot bath, a glass of wine, and a cozy pair of pajamas. Kind of like hibernating... only better.
